Author Name
Karla Elizabeth Byrd (Author)
Karla Elizabeth Byrd has learned to simply trust in her Jesus. Even when life makes no sense, or gets hard, we just must trust him. She often refers to her faith as Simple Southern Jesus. Growing up as a pastor’s niece her family was always involved in church. She was blessed with parents, Corbitt and Katherine Puckett, which made going to church a priority, instilling Jesus in her heart. She documents those precious memories in her book, Rooted in My Faith, released in early 2024. Life has taught her that making memories are a precious gift but journaling your faith is vitally important. Be more than just a picture, is a motto to live by as she encourages others to document their faith as they journal. What a better gift to leave behind than your faith. Your life matters as you were created intentionally with purpose by God. Married to Matthew has always been a beautiful adventure and she considers herself blessed to have him as her teammate.
