Once upon a time, a girl named Courtney was born in Japan. She was uniquely different. You see, she was born in Japan but she wasn't Japanese. But this isn't what made her different, from the time she was born it was clear she would see life differently. Raised in an environment where cultures blended for military children, she was drawn to vibrant adventures, influenced by the colorful tapestry of fashion and cultural traditions surrounding her. Growing up as a military child, Courtney embraced her parents' path, eventually joining the U.S. Air Force Reserves while pursuing her studies in college. Juggling dual careers and family responsibilities, she realized her true passion lay in her earliest love—art, imagery, and the expression of her vivid life experiences.Her canvas for expression is Art and Fashion. Whether in front of the camera or orchestrating behind the scenes, Courtney's affinity for visual storytelling was unmistakable. In 2015, she embarked on a new journey by founding Penn Models and Talent Agency, where she served as a Creative Director and consultant, fostering opportunities for countless individuals. In 2020, she co-founded the Oklahoma Art Exchange (OAX), driven by her vision of uniting diverse artistic communities.
