I wish I'd read it in my early years as a Christian, when I was being fed a heavy diet of 'holiness' classics that left me deflated and pessimistic. But Matt Aroney has created something rare: a call to radical transformation that won't leave you feeling guilty.

His emphasis on God's work in us-as the Master Builder of all the rooms of our house-dispels the gloom and points us to the bright light of Jesus Christ, into whose image we are being made. Individual Christians and church small groups would benefit enormously from reading this little gem.
