This journal was inspired by my father, who had a traumatic brain injury in 2015. Dad is okay, but I worry about continuation of care should something happen to me.

I think it will serve as a lovely keepsake as well. With so many of our loved ones affected by memory loss, I created this little journal to help those caring for them.

Whether you're a full-time caregiver, a frequent visitor or distant family member, I hope this little record-keeping book is helpful.
