I created this unique coloring book consisting 25 simple, large illustrations of self-care objects with confidence-affirming prompts. Coffee cups, reading, running a brush through our hair - these are all acts with which we nourish ourselves.

Small things that fade away under the weight of depression. These acts lose meaning.
