Hello! I am Patricia González, a speaker, author, and entrepreneur committed to creating purpose-driven companies. Currently, I hold the position of CEO at Humanagement Group, which encompasses the Online Coaching Academy, Mentoring, Hypnosis, Team Coaching, and Team Building Experience.I help professionals enhance their skills through ultra-powerful sessions that include improving their personal brand, writing their own book, creating an impactful web presence, and overcoming fears or limiting beliefs that hinder them from reaching their best version.My specialty lies in transformation and accelerated growth, using the methodology I co-created with my husband, Andrés Camus, known as the Mekc Process. This methodology led us to write a book in 2021, where we compiled all our research, and to conduct the International Specialization in Beliefs in the same year.Furthermore, we have an online academy called HMNG ACADEMY where we certify hundreds of professional coaches every year. Together with Andrés, we work collaboratively to create new methodologies annually, which we capture in our best-selling books on Amazon. I invest hours every week in sessions and mentorship with professionals while leading remote teams from different countries who collaborate on various Humanagement projects.A bit about my professional career:I hold a degree in Public Relations from UADE and a postgraduate degree in Quality from UAI.My first job was at the age of 12 when I did an exchange with my private English tutor. In exchange for personalized classes, I took care of ironing her clothes every week.I have over 17 years of work experience in companies from various sectors, focusing on leadership, communication, and teamwork. I have worked in banks, service companies, and even as a waitress and receptionist to support my first year of university until I received a 100% scholarship for having the highest GPA, which accompanied me until the completion of my degree.I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and since my early jobs, I carried my own computer to streamline internal processes and reduce delays, which quickly led me to become a manager at a young age.At 18, I became independent and lived in a hotel and later in my own apartment, a significant achievement for my personal development and inner security.In 2008, I left my position as Corporate Manager responsible for 9 countries in a company to embark on my own path. I founded the company Quality Service, which grew to have 10 employees and provided support to other companies in quality processes, training, personnel search, and selection of managers in different sectors and specialties.I extensively traveled to over 14 countries, where I met incredible people and experienced their amazing ability to make me feel welcome wherever I visited.In 2012, the time for a radical change came. I left my comfort zone (family, friends, and work) and moved to live in Chile, where I met my husband and the father of my children, Andrés Camus. He had a Team Building company called "Ensamble Consultores," founded in 2008.Through my work and travels, I learned a lot about how managers from different countries communicate. I conducted high-impact audits for several companies and was hired numerous times due to my passion, dedication, and ability to identify and quickly resolve each company's problems.I acquired coaching knowledge self-taught and felt frustrated because I never received help with my sessions or follow-ups, despite coaching practice being fundamental in any certification process. I came to understand that a profound transformation was necessary in Latin America regarding coaching since this field was closed and exclusive, guarding secrets that hindered the growth of the coaching community.That's why we launched our international certifications with Andrés, to help other professionals like me by sharing all the secrets that other coaches, trainers, and teachers hesitate to reveal.Our philosophy is based on sharing knowledge, with the goal of creating a more open, free, and selfless community because ultimately, it is the client who makes the decisions.Subsequently, I decided to delve into the world of hypnosis as a complement to coaching, recognizing it as the teacher and foundation of all human communication.Quickly, hypnosis and the valuable work with clients led me to deeply study childhood wounds. In particular, being a victim of my parents' abuse and lies, as well as the premature loss of my older brother, who was my support and pillar during my childhood.Within me, I treasure numerous years of experience in sessions and work with individuals and companies. With almost 8,500 hours of sessions under my belt and over 4,500 hours of both online and in-person classes, I can affirm that practice makes perfect and that we can always grow and create our own world.Growing and achieving everything I have accomplished was not easy. It involved hours of study, hard work, unfulfilled dreams, and frustrations. However, I have always believed that if you decide to move forward, you can achieve everything you dream of.Today, at 46 years old, I can say that I have achieved much more than I ever imagined when I was a child in search of love and hugs. Currently, I lead an incredible life. I work from home or anywhere in the world, as we are constantly traveling together with my husband Andrés and my children Ángel and Sebastián. We have created an environment full of love and respect, which allows us to be united, grow, and take pride in each other's growth.During the pandemic, I received news that my mother, who lived alone in Argentina, was not in good health. We decided to bring her to live with us and our large family in Chile. Since we found out that she has Alzheimer's, we have been attentive to her changes, filling her life with pleasant family moments, emotions, and laughter.In 2021, I managed to write my first book in just 30 days, surpassing my dream of becoming a writer. So far, I have created over 8 books, although my goal is to reach 30. Little by little, I am fulfilling my dream of being a full-time writer.I have had the privilege of being invited to give conferences on coaching, hypnosis, and women's empowerment. I have also conducted group sessions with women in vulnerable situations, where we work on their deepest fears and limiting beliefs, taking a leap towards emotional freedom.I still have a long way to go. I feel that there are many people I can help in their growth, and I am very happy to have formed the family I always desired. I feel fortunate to have found the love of my life and to have been chosen as the mother of two wonderful children, Ángel and Sebastián, who fill me with love and pride every day.What's to come:Along with my family, we have the desire to move to the United States in 2024. Additionally, one of my personal dreams is to travel through Asia, especially Korea, my great passion. I am already getting internationally certified in Topic 2 for the year 2024.We are relocating our HMNG Leadership Academy to Miami, United States, with the goal of having more and more Latinos become experts in Coaching, Mentoring, and the professionals that companies need.I will continue studying in various ways, in different countries, and with teachers who speak different languages because I firmly believe that wisdom lies in diversity.Together with Andrés, I will keep creating new methodologies since we believe that Latin America has great potential to generate and grow.This is my story, simple yet real, aware that I have much to improve and continue growing. I am grateful to my clients every day because they teach me, challenge me to be better, and fill me with motivation to fill my daily life with growth actions.Every morning, I wake up with enthusiasm to create everything we need for our clients and also enjoy our family and students in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Spain, and the United States.Thanks to the decisions we have made, today I can say that I am living the life I always desired.
