I'm Kenny Gould and I write all things fantasy and science fiction. My first fantasy novel, The Castle of 1,000 Doors, was published in April 2023. That book is part of a larger fantasy series, the second of which was published in July 2023. Book III came out in April 2024!I have a fun and varied writing background, which started in 2009 when I wrote my first non-fiction piece for mental_floss. Since then, I've written for Bon Appetit, Men's Health, Gear Patrol, and Thrillist, among others. In 2017, I founded a beer magazine called Hop Culture which was acquired in 2020 by a beverage technology company called Next Glass.Today, I work as the VP of Strategic Sales for Untappd, host the YouTube travel show Next Exit, and write fiction. I hold a BA in English from Duke University, an MFA from Chatham University, and an MBA from NYU Stern.Some of my favorite fantasy authors include Will Wight, Andrew Rowe, N.K.
