The Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) is a study carried out during the planning phase of a project or system, with the aim of identifying the probable risks that may arise during its implementation and operation phase.

Although it is usually carried out during the initial phase of a company's project, it is very effective for assessing risks that are already underway. This work is a case study of a textile industry, which receives raw fabric and dyes it to prepare it for the garment industry, with the implementation of the APR to assess the ongoing risks in the company.
