Welcome to Physical and Spiritual Stretching! I am just a Jesus loving girl that also loves yoga and decided that there had been enough negative stereotyping about Christians that wanted to do yoga. In the book I cover the similarities between eight aspects of Christianity and how it is mirrored in yoga.I was born and raised in Montana and am currently residing in the great state of Texas. I have a wonderful, Jesus-loving husband, three teenage girls, 2 Frenchie's and a Shih-Tzu and own a yoga studio in the heart of downtown Weatherford. I love nothing more than to share yoga with communities that may not have the resources or funding.
