Marie Carasco, Ph.D., GPHR, SHRM-SCP is an HR executive and culture transformation strategist known for her strength-based, solution focused and collaborative approaches to managing change. She is the founder and Chief Social Scientist of Talent en Floré LLC and has served as a trusted advisor, executive coach, culture transformation consultant and leadership team effectiveness facilitator to corporate vice president (CVP) and executive vice president (EVP) level leadership teams in the tech, aerospace, engineering, oil and gas, government consulting and education sectors.Marie is a thought-leader in the field of Organization Development (OD), a way to manage change through an inclusive process with a goal of culture transformation.
