Bernard was born in Frankfurt Germany and he grew up in Seattle Washington. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ on July 21, 1988. The Lord filled him with the Holy Spirit just two months later. Bernard was called to the ministry in September of 1989. Bernard has always been a fitness buff. He starting training in martial arts at the age of 14. Bernard also likes to run, he has completed 3 full marathons and a number of long distance races. He recently joined a ruck club as a mean to obtain a fuller workout regiment. He is the Pastor and Founder of Latter Rain International Church. As a way of giving back, his church supports a ministry located in Bamban Tarlac Philippines. Bernard has always been attracted to different cultures. He has learned to speak Tagalog, Spanish, Haitian Kreyol and English as a way to better relate to a wider variety of people. Bernard has a passion for writing. He has published 4 books. He has also written and produced a number of screenplays, skits , one commercial ad and one sitcom pilot. With over 17 years in the mortgage industry Bernard has recently earned his real estate license. This has allowed him to make a better impact in the real estate industry while providing a great service to people Bernard plans to develop a ministry In Haiti and in the Philippines that will help provide families with the resources needed to live a productive and overcoming life.
