Testicular Cancer (TC) straddles that weird line between deathly serious and awkwardly hilarious. Discovering a lump "down there" is one of the most common fears that men have.

So what happens when that fear becomes a reality? Back in 2022, I experienced the whirlwind of emotions that comes from finding a lump and receiving the cancer diagnosis. What helped me understand the fear from that day, and plan for my surgeries and recovery, was a mix of prayer and community.

Once I was on the mend, I decided to write this book to help men and their families understand the ins and outs of life after testicular cancer. This book provides a bit of a road map on how to know when something isn't right, and what you can expect along the way.

It gives you an understanding of how to take care of your health during treatment. It celebrates men and their victories over cancer, and remembers a few who have passed on.

Early detection is the most important thing when it come to TC. So if you feel something, say something.

Know you don't have to be a lone wolf during this time. Lean on those closest to you.

Through a healthy mix of humor, prayer, and a supportive community, you can still thrive even after losing a testicle or two. With this added knowledge, and some help from the Lord, you will be ready to kick this cancer right in the balls.
