Over the years, I have consistently been published in poetry magazines and literary journals. In my books, I express my creativity with themes that include social injustice, miraculous events and mystical transformation.Before retiring, I worked for many years as a teacher in various schools and as a rehabilitation counselor at a sheltered workshop for developmentally disabled adults. Description

Their journey is fraught with perils from the natural world, some Northland inhabitants and the Ruling Elders in the capital city of Vasana. Even their allies are sometimes less than trustworthy.

Bit by bit, they adjust to each other's personalities, appreciate their unique skills and develop deep trust as they pass through life and death situations on their trek north. One of their keys to survival and guidance are seven medallions with mystic powers which are released by unique abilities of various expedition members.
