The author of the Terrian Journals series begins this writing while living in Rio de Janeiro, Córdoba, and Valparaíso when nasty military dictatorships are on the way out and democracies are returning, seven years before the Berlin Wall collapses.The writer is not "too young to know", not in his teens or early twenties.
