This book was created from my knowledge of psycho-education and personal experience in dealing with a narcissistic mother, boyfriend and finally ex-husband. I realize that I would only continue on the same path unless I changed.

I healed from my personal experience and I have helped numerous people to do the same. This book illustrates what is narcissism because to beat it, you must understand it.

Then we go over what happens to you on an emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level when you are victim of a narcissist whether it is a parent, family member, boss or colleague or spouse. The main part of the book focuses on recovery, healing and then moving past the abuse and flourishing.

Finding joy, peace and freedom to be who you are, loving yourself and being happy. I am confident these 12 steps will help you rebuild what was broken or was never really there and rebuild a solid base for you to stand on.

The program is built so you can go at your own speed, everything you need is here. After the 12 steps section, I go over how to deal with a narcissist you cannot cut off completely from your life and how to deal with custody issues with a narcissist.

Sonya Roy was born in Québec, Canada. She completed her studies at the University of Montreal in Psycho-éducation in 1997.

She worked as a Corporal for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and is now retired. She owns and operates the Redu Spiritual Wellness Center©TM in Drumheller, AlbertaOver the past thirty-five years, she developed her gifts as a medium, master holistic healer, and shamanic practitioner to heal those around her.

These teachings were passed down from her Maternal Grand-Mother. She started practicing Reiki in 2013 and teaches and shares her knowledge through workshops, conferences around the world.

She has strived to produce a bilingual manual for all levels of USUI REIKI RYOHO Tibetan & UNIVERSAL©TM for teachers. "I work with people to empower them and recognize their divine self.
