This made me want to change people's thought processes so others do not experience the same as I have. I have always had a love of writing, so I decided to write this journal, which contains my thoughts and feelings and explains the medical processes from diagnosis to ringing the bell in the cancer ward, saying that my treatment had come to an end.

I am now in remission but left with ongoing mobility issues. If I hadn't had the fantastic support from my family, my regular friends and my wacky friends in the field of paranormal research, I do not know if I would have been mentally strong enough to continue. I have tried to inject humour to make you realise that laughter is the greatest medicine.

Despite everything, I laughed throughout the horrendous side effects that I endured. A positive mindset will help you get to the end so that you can also ring the bell.
