Max spent his first twenty-five years on Marzolie, where human life first started and where misogyny reigned. Unfortunately, that world Marzolie (Mars), was being invaded by Mephisto's forces.

Instead of being able to stay and fight for his world Max was tricked, by a female no less, into making the journey to Giyah (Earth). Even worse than that, Max was ignorant of his soul's past as the UnMaker's oldest, and likely most evil, son.

Kalion Amarys, Princess of the Yaragru, was now a total kick-butt immortal. She was chosen to take Max back to his Mephisto occupied planet, Mars.

Initially curious about the humans, especially Max, she was now overwhelmed by his relentless attacks at her gender, as well as his maturing into one of the single most powerful dark beings the Multiverse had ever seen. Despite this, the male invokes powerful emotions within her, like really in her, even as he demands she gives up her immortal duties to, issue offspring.

Max finds that he wants more than to just save his planet. He wants to marry this woman even though her head blooms flowers.

He wants to have children with her and to live on hisworld with her. But he also wants to tweak some less admirable concepts about this woman.

For one, she has a pre-selected mate he wants to punch a hole through. Oh, and the fact that she insists on traveling to other worlds? Yeah, he's not cool with that.

It wouldn't hurt to make her more docile and want offspring as well. Can they put their differences aside, and make it safely back to Giyah? Will Kalion be able to keep herself from ending the male? Or will they perish like so many at the hands of Mephisto?.
