Sure, there are ten thousand parenting books out there and we know what we’re supposed to do as moms. But how many of us feel like we are exhausted, overwhelmed, and not good enough? You know the kind of mom you WANT to be, but to obtain that goal, well, you don’t even know where to start.

This book goes through twelve steps to being able to find yourself again and put into practice with simple steps over time. We will cover a wide variety of topics in four sections about the mind, body, soul, and even time management.

You don’t need to read this in order if you do not want to. It is written in a way to skip around in order to best suit your needs at a particular time.

Each category has three areas of focus and within each area, there are different levels depending on where you are on your journey. Some of us have a better background when it comes to our bodies because we grew up continually exercising.

Others of us are amazing when it comes to focusing on our goals and minimizing things in our homes. Wherever you start, focus on that one area each month.
