Constantine Furman is from Checotah, OK and specializes in writing pulp fiction novellas. After graduating high school in 1999, he attended college at Eastern Oklahoma State College and Oklahoma City Community College, graduating with associate's degrees in journalism and filmmaking respectively. He worked in the motion picture field, writing many unproduced screenplays for producers and directed several shorts and commercials, until he was forced to retire in 2013 due to health disorders. From there, he moved into prose writing in an attempt to continue telling stories. In late 2017, he published his first novella, the spiritual comedy "A Greyer Shade of White," to critical success. In 2018, he managed to publish the horror thriller "Damned Kids," the gangster drama "Street Walkin' Man," and the supernatural horror "A Specter Tale" to greater critical success. His next book took over a year to write, and in 2019, he released "Another Specter Tale" just before his first novel, the much-heralded heartwarming drama "Constantine Furman's The Life of Marta." In 2020, Furman fell back into novellas and published the Japanese monster movie-inspired "Giant Monster Farmarna" and for the October Halloween season released a third entry in his "A Specter Tale" horror series, "A Specter Tale Continues."In 2019, Furman was recruited by actress Eva Green's social media team to pen an article about her work for their online "EGW Magazine" celebrating 15 years of web-based fandom. He does occasional editing work for other people's projects and is well-versed in the field of motion pictures. In the late 90s, Furman was the first person to interview country singer Carrie Underwood before she shot to superstardom on "American Idol."
