La Ronda Laffitte, a native of Inglewood,California, home to the City of Champions. A single mother raising two incredible boys, navigating through life. La Ronda’s Academic achievement of obtaining a bachelor’s degree of science in accounting from University of Phoenix during COVID was a major accomplishment. On the last night of her oldest son's spring break, La Ronda stayed awake and prayed to God, seeking guidance for her life. In response, she received inspiration for a children's book. Her first book, titled "Mommy & Me, Daddy & Us Spring Break," is the beginning of a series she intends to create . La Ronda's mission is to rebuild families that have been divided. Through her children's books, she aims to facilitate difficult conversations, navigate awkward outings, and create a sense of togetherness for children from separated homes. She believes that even if parents are not together, they can still work as a team and enjoy activities collectively. La Ronda understands that raising children takes a village and believes that kids should never witness the negative aspects or feel the division present within their families. Instead, they should experience the love and connection of family.
