Este libro contiene ejercicios prácticos realizables por cualquier persona, con o sin experiencia en meditación. Probablemente el aspecto peculiar que propone su contenido es que se medite mientras se lee, no antes ni después.

Hay un solo requisito para lograrlo y a la vez disfrutar de la experiencia de su lectura: poner atención. La meditación no es algo tan sofisticado como muchos creen, ni tan místico, como puede sonar a veces cuando se involucran conceptos de enseñanzas y tradiciones antiguas, o cuando se forjan adaptaciones modernas con conceptos como el Mindfulness.
