Author Name
Prof Stephen W. Bradeley BSc Hons) (Author)
Hi thereMy name is Prof. Stephen Bradeley BSc (Hons) or Steve as most people like to call me. I am English, but was bought up in Queensland, Australia until the age of sixteen when I moved back to the United Kingdom.Since then I have spent the last eleven years travelling between the UK and Sao Paulo. I am married to Renata my Brazilian wife. We travel around the world every year to pursue our passion of motorcycle travel. I started writing my educational books whilst working as an English Teacher in Sao Paulo. I found a significant hole in the methods of teaching available to teachers and students alike. People started their studies with all the good intentions but would drop out for reasons such as boredom or lack of time or expense. I decided to try and address these issues in my method and have found that teachers have reported improved attrition and enjoyment and more importantly language skill acquisition. My books are in sets of ten. The reason for this is that each book is very cheap and each book contains three lessons which is about a months study. So you can buy as much as you need and when you need it. Please also understand that the books are aimed at both teachers teaching English and students teaching themselves. I also write ebooks and paperbacks on many other subjects including a set of children's stories. In essence, with the students book open, the teacher introduces the new words to be learnt and asks the student to repeat the new words in turn. The teacher then reads the idiom to the student, then reads the meaning and then the example sentence. The teacher then asks the student the question and both the student and teacher give the answer together as in tandem ¨TANDEMING¨ On the second reading the text is read with the book closed but the teacher goes through the same process but this time the teacher prompts the student by leading the student into the answer using the ¨TAGGING* principle. Eventually after three repeats on three separate lessons, the student will be so familiar with the text that he/she will be able to answer unaided. Remember understanding in the beginning is not necessary. Understanding comes later. The most important thing is the right response to the right question. When you look at the cost of other systems of being taught a language this system is extremely cost effective at the same time bein effective. So please take my books and use and enjoy them with your students or for your own personal use. Please feel free to copy the materials for your students use. Should you need to contact me with questions I am always happy to reply to you. My details are below.Email: steve.bradeley@hotmail.co.ukWeb: https://oxford-institute-education.com/Contact me anytime. I will always find time to answer you.Read more about this authorRead less about this author

In the early hours of March 28, 1979, what began as a routine maintenance day at Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station quickly escalated into the most infamous disaster in American nuclear history. Now, experience the riveting tale of that fateful day, set against the backdrop of political turmoil and growing environmental concerns of the time.

"Meltdown 79: The Story of Three Mile Island" chronicles the heart-stopping events that unfolded before an unsuspecting nation. Combining meticulous research with pulse-pounding storytelling, this enthralling narrative sweeps readers off their feet and transports them to a time when nuclear power was seen as America's key to energy independence—a dream dramatically altered within hours.
