**Esteban Tiburcio Gómez**He was born on April 1, 1978, to Élido Tiburcio and Felicia del Carmen Gómez. He completed his primary education at Escuela Primaria Pueblo Nuevo and his secondary education at Liceo Francisco Henríquez y Carvajal. From a very early age, he showed an interest in literature and the arts in general.In 2004, he graduated with a degree in Education with a specialization in Social Sciences from Instituto Tecnológico del Cibao Oriental (ITECO), where he later had a prominent and active academic role, eventually becoming rector. In 2007, he completed his master's degree in Higher Education at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), and that same year he received the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Psychology and Education from the University of the Basque Country, Spain. In 2009, he obtained his master's degree in Human Resources from Universidad Católica Nordestana (UCNE). In 2010, he graduated with a Doctorate in Psychopedagogy from the University of the Basque Country (UPV), Spain. In 2013, he completed the International Course on University Management and Leadership (IGLÚ) with the University of Guanajuato in Mexico. In 2014, he finished the master's program in Public High Management at IGLOBAL and Instituto Ortega Marañón in Spain. In 2018, he concluded the International Master's in University Management with the University of Alcalá, Spain. He has been an international speaker at the University of Havana, Cuba; the University of Costa Rica; the University of Río Piedras, Puerto Rico; the University of Guanajuato, Mexico; the New York Book Fair; and the University of Barcelona. He has been recognized by the Ayuntamiento of La Bija for his contributions to provincial development, by the Baseball Federation for his contributions to provincial sports, and by the Sánchez Ramírez Mission in the USA.
