Paris-born Quentin Bouchaud has just published his fourth novel.Can you introduce yourself? "My name is Quentin Bouchaud and I'm 25 years old. I studied in Beaupréau, at Notre Dame de bonnes nouvelles (NDBN), which has now become Ensemble Dom Sortais."What did you do next?"I worked in radio at Radio fréquence Mauges, under the aegis of the Èvre et Mauges social center. I then went on to take a baccalauréat in economics and social studies (ES), followed by studies in public law at Jean-Monnet University in Saint-Étienne."Where does this passion for writing come from?"I started writing stories when I was very young, at the same time as I started working on the radio. I put writing aside for a while and came back to it in 2018. I published on Amazon in July 2020, my first novel: officer 1601: mission save the president. About a hundred sales since 2020, mostly in Anglo-Saxon countries and in Germany for Mr. White's book, Mr. President."Where do your inspirations come from?"I love Joël Dicker and was lucky enough to meet him at the headquarters of the newspaper Le Parisien.
