I succeeded in telephone, door-to-door, and the demanding environment of retail sales.Through these experiences, I developed an intimate understanding of the sales process. I witnessed firsthand the power of effective communication, the art of persuasion, and the importance of building lasting relationships with customers. But my impetus for collaborating with salespeople today stems from a different perspective. What truly sets me apart is my dual identity as a mega consumer. I am driven by a relentless desire to explore and indulge in new and exciting products, fashions, and innovations. Yet, amidst my consumer enthusiasm, I cannot ignore the disappointment I feel when faced with inept salespeople.This disappointment is the catalyst for my mission – to redefine the sales experience and make it enjoyable for consumers. I believe that, as a nation of mega-consumers, we deserve salespeople who understand the intricacies of customer-centric selling.
