As the proud author of Picking Up the Pieces, Living with PTSD, Adjust Your Crown and Manifest Greatness, she is also the founder of Soothing Serenity Baths & More LLC, Lateka leverages her dark past and experiences involving PTSD, MST, Anxiety, Domestic Violence, Fibromyalgia and Endometriosis to empower others on their journey towards living a fulfilled, quality-driven life they deserve.Growing up, Lateka discovered early on the true meaning behind commitment, loyalty, and the power of working hard. These core principles became the catalyst for her to join the Navy, where she served for 8 years and partook on 3 deployments. During this time, Lateka faced intense military sexual trauma, leading her to encounter the mentally taxing hardships that she still copes with today as a disabled navy veteran. However, this trauma inspired Lateka to reach out and support others facing the same/similar situations and prove that the only way to grow from past challenges is to tackle it head-on. Fast forward to today, Lateka has written several books, Furthermore, as a person who suffers from fibromyalgia and endometriosis pains for 15 years, Lateka established Soothing Serenity Baths & More LLC with the underlying mission to give others the most opulent CBD skincare products on the market so they can achieve the same life-enhancing outcome as she did. Whether it be through her publications or her business, nothing makes Lateka happier than using her story to build others up and help them thrive. She has a genuine ardency for what she does, developed her business on a foundation of authenticity, integrity, and trust, and is devoted to instilling positive change through her dynamic efforts.
