Mr. Kader has a master's degree in criminal justice and is a retired Senior Intelligence Specialist at the Counter Terrorism Unit. He regularly trains intelligence analysts on international terrorists. He was responsible for various complex translation assignments and conducted in-depth language analysis supporting the Counterterrorism Unit (CTU). He has completed the Intelligence Familiarization course at the FBI Academy, Center for Intelligence Training in Quantico, Virginia, and Federal Bureau of Prison's Investigative Intelligence Training at the Management and Specialty Training Center in Aurora, Colorado. He has also completed FBI Special Weapons and Tactics Training. Mr. Kader has developed and maintained coordination and liaison with counterparts throughout the intelligence and law enforcement community; he worked with the National Joint Terrorism Task Force (NJTTF). After his retirement, Mr. Kader was employed by the Florida Supreme Court Marshal's Office in Tallahassee, Florida, as a Senior Security, Supervised security, and investigative department.
