Ziri Dafranchi is an inspirational writer, eclectic poet, author, philosopher and is best known for his deep and thought-provoking insight. He draws from personal inspiration and is very passionate about inspiring others as he writes (he puts it as follows: "I write to inspire as I am inspired to write."); this attribute stands him out and underlies his writing. A gifted writer and author of several books in different genres, he deploys his literary prowess and style in combination with his broad personal experience in bringing to life his perspective in ways which make his writings relatable and easily accessible to readers of every background. He has an academic background in social science, a career in professional accountancy, banking and finance, and management, which have helped to broaden his scope and experience base. He began writing professionally in 2015 to fulfill his calling, becoming a prolific writer with the ability of tackling controversial and difficult subjects objectively and incisively in non-confrontational ways. His first book LIFE: A MYSTERY SOLVED, a philosophical non-fiction which presents answers to some of life's most controversial questions, was first published in 2016 and was later revised, updated and re-published in 2021 as part of the TRILOGY OF TRUTH collection. BEING BLACK: REDISCOVERING A LOST IDENTITY and PAGAN WORLD: DECEPTION AND FALSEHOOD IN RELIGION complete the trilogy.Ziri is also a gifted poet who is fondly admired in local poetry communities for his eclecticism and style. He has written some award-winning poems, some of which are contained in the first two volumes of his debut poetry collection, a series titled WILDERNESS FRUITS: ECLECTIC POEMS AND MUSINGS (published in 2021 and 2024), including one titled OPPORTUNITY which won a competition organised by UK’s National Poetry Library in 2018. He is also the author of a devotional series, MANNA: FOOD FOR THE SOUL, the first two volumes were published in 2021 and 2024. Ziri lives in the United Kingdom where he is involved with a number of ministries and charities, offering counselling, encouragement, and support to people in need. He is family-oriented and is a lover of nature and the outdoors.
