Eddie McCoy, BIOEd holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, and is a certified Project Management Professional® (PMP).Ed worked for the Department of Navy, Bureau of Navy Personnel, in a civilian capacity as the Head of Business Operations. Ed was also Chairman of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Subcommittee for non-appropriated fund food executives, and he retired from the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer with 21 years of service.Ed founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Capitol Consulting Inc., a consulting firm specializing in “Superior Business Solutions” ™ and human performance training interventions including Project Management Professional Exam preparation training.
