James R. Boud (Author)
Biography of James R. BoudJim Boud was born in 1952 and raised in Salt Lake County, Utah. He grew up in a large family where his parents instilled in their children a work ethic work that has been a benefit to them throughout their lives. He served in the Utah National Guard for six years. In 1971 through 1973 he served a 2-year mission in England for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and was as an assistant to his Mission President near the end of his mission.Jim and his wife Linda were married in the Los Angles temple in July of 1974 and will celebrate their fiftieth-year anniversary in 2024. They have four children and 16 grandchildren who add great joy to their lives. After finishing an accounting degree, Jim started law school at the J. Reuben Clark Law School where he graduated as a J. Reuben Clark Scholar in 1980. He had a successful law practice and handled a variety of litigation cases and other legal matters. He donated much of his time giving free advice and doing pro bono legal work for others including the Muslim community in Salt Lake Valley. His last pro bono project for the Muslim Community was to review and advise the Utah Islamic Center on its Constitution and By-Laws. He retired from the practice of law on December 31, 2021.Jim and his wife have been involved in charitable work locally and in Africa. He has made many trips to Africa mainly to help educate African children and young adults. His wife and some of his children have gone on some of these trips. Jim has immersed himself in the scriptures for much of his life which also led him to study the eastern religions and to read and study their Bibles and other scriptures. His life paradigm was changed forever by studying the eastern religions. When he reread the entire Standard Works of The Church of Jesus Christ (KJV Bible, Book of Mormon, Doctrine & Covenants, and Pearl of Great Price) after his study of the eastern religions, he learned many new truths he would not have otherwise comprehended. His three books reflect his new found knowledge and changed paradigm. He has served in typical church callings for a person of his age. He loves to be with family, fly fish, read, travel, and attend his grandchildren’s sports events, plays, and etcetera. Read more about this authorRead less about this author

All royalties from the sale of this book go to charities that help mankind without respect to persons. Note, as these books build upon each other, the prior two books should be read before reading this final book.

In books 1 and 2 of God is Not a Respecter of Persons Jim Boud awakened our spiritual conscience by introducing important concepts that explained how God deals with all mankind. He set forth detailed scripture and teachings of Holy Men and Prophets that show we are all treated the same in “God’s timing” and that God gives all mankind equal privileges to lay hold upon His greatest gift of eternal life.

He helped us understand how God loves all people unconditionally regardless of race, creed, color, gender, or national origin, and gave abundant scriptural hope that we will find our way back into God’s presence. In Book 3, Man Should Not be a Respecter of Persons, Jim continues to inspire by making the transition from God not being a respecter of persons to man should not be a respecter of persons.

He carefully and systematically explores God’s expectations for mankind through clarifying scripture, personal stories, quotes from inspirational people, literature, and faith leaders. You will explore and come to understand the profound importance of treating all mankind impartially with love and charity in a world filled with uncertainty and every misguided need.

You will learn how charity stands as a beacon of hope and compassion in our world and what we must do to open the door for us to enter God’s presence. Larry Odom.
