Author Name
Tali Sandbridge (Author)
Tali was born in Steubenville, Ohio, and raised in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. After a successful career in law enforcement on the East Coast, she retired to the Midwest to be close to her family. When not writing novels, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her beloved Pomeranians, Piper and Maggie. Becoming an author was a chance occurrence. Tali planned to write only one novel, "The Ghost and Mrs. Smyth," about two strangers who meet on the streets of New York. Oddly, the young man and woman were immediately drawn to each other. It wasn't until the man died and came to her as a ghost that they both discovered that they were lovers from their many past lives together.Once completed and published, she received many requests to keep writing about the couple and their lifetimes together. Hence, she began the series “Love Throughout the Centuries.” The second sequel, The Great War, follows the couple’s past lifetime in Britain during WWI and their forbidden love. The third installation is set in the 19th century, with the couple living a quiet antebellum life in the old South through the tumultuous times of the American Civil War to a new way of life during the Reconstruction. The last in this series, MacKenzie’s Hope, covers the couple’s struggles, hardships, happiness, and sometimes differences of opinions as they find themselves caught up in America’s fight for independence in an event known as the American Revolution. Although Tali’s novels delve into historical times, she manages to captivate the reader with the character’s personal lives during those historical times. Her books have often been described as full of love and passion, raunchy and violent at times, with enticing sex scenes.A whole new genre unexpectedly opened up for Tali when she began chatting with fellow author Kelvin White in Australia, who enjoyed her novels. With Kelvin writing several time travel books, Tali quickly sat down and got lost in the character Spencer Marlowe and his escapades in "The Singapore Saga," "The Hawaiian Intervention, and "The Manhattan Sting." With both appreciating each other’s books, the two decided to collaborate on a crime and romance novel, "The Russia Brief." The main characters are Kimberly Biche and Gage Madden, both Detectives, one in New York and one in Perth, Australia. Thrown together on a case, the two find themselves at each other’s throats. Despite their constant bickering, the two somehow manage to fall in love. Collaborating on the book with Kelvin was quite harmonious, both working toward a mutual objective, that of an excellent novel. It was so enjoyable, in fact, that they have begun another novel titled, "The Dogcatcher," which once again features Kimberly Gage and Gage Madden, which should be a titillating page turner. Tali hopes everyone enjoys her novels, written solo or in collaboration with a fellow author, as much as she has enjoyed writing them!Read more about this authorRead less about this author
