I've written this book for the beginner's mind, describing fundamental truths directly and simply using analogies and visualisations. Accompanying this methodical approach is a poetic style weaving throughout the narrative.

By stripping away our accumulated knowledge (most of which is unhelpful, misleading, or untrue), we enter the beginner’s mind and start questioning our preconceptions regarding ourselves and the world we experience; cultivating a sense of curiosity and wonder, we become receptive to deeper truths.
