Linda Schaeffer has been a franchise owner three times in her life, placing her in the shoes of a prospective franchise owner. Being a business owner while raising a family was the exact work-life balance Linda was looking for, and having the ability to involve her children in her businesses was amazing. She never once regretted her decision to move forward.As a top-producing franchisee, Linda has a unique perspective when assisting those looking into franchise ownership. She prides herself on building and maintaining strong personal relationships with those who are serious about investigating real opportunities and understands the importance of communication and support throughout the candidate’s journey.Before entering the world of franchising in the 1990s, Linda spent years as a Certified Public Accountant assisting small businesses in maximizing profits and achieving success. In 2014, Linda founded her company, Freedom Franchise Advisors, to help people achieve their work-life goals as she did through franchise ownership.In addition to her consulting, Linda has worked in franchise development for three major franchisors: Abrakadoodle, Crestcom, and MRINetwork. Having been on all sides of the equation, Linda has real knowledge of what it takes to be successful as a franchise owner.Linda attended Babson College in Wellesley, MA as well as Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Accounting. Linda resides in Sarasota, Florida with her husband of 38 years, Scott.
