The king of the jungle is one of the animals that lives in a herd, which motivated us to take it as a reference in this study, analyzing its behaviors and what it represents as a symbol of strength and bravery for humanity, we have taken the famous Scarface as a reference. “severed face” who lived in its natural habitat, the Masai Mara nature reserve of Kenya in Africa, analyzed its social dynamics, capacity for territorial dominance, coalitions, alliances, social structure, patriarchy, skills and abilities that serve the human entity as a source of inspiration in teamwork, the backbone of this study without ignoring the components that make it up, such as leadership, decision making, organizational culture, concentration, focus, determination, project formation, principles and values, as well as strategic planning with FADO analysis contributes to project teams over time.

The dialogue box of the book focuses on the message that we want to convey to the reader, giving adaptive tools to their needs. This study is based on authors, scientific studies, theses, own experience in forming teams with the intention of building own concepts aligned with proven hypotheses with results in people.

The formulas of knowledge are proposed as a support for future studies of the human being, on issues of social advancement and socio-demographic variables in search of results of advance in knowledge as a society, it is proposed that society at some point is static and conformist, not advances and is urged to move to another level by adding knowledge both personally and to others (teamwork) taking society to a higher level called in the formula exponential knowledge. The new formation of teamwork is proposed with the insertion of new technologies such as artificial intelligence creating alternative beings to humans called “humanoids” our new co-workers, how convenient they can be for the human race, how companies, leaders and people must face this technological reality where the human being is always preserved as the governing organism, preserving its essence and existentiality.
