A large part of the healing process comes from learning to sit with and find beauty in the darkness and trials given to us. This collection includes poems from a variety of genres; some are dark and have no resolution, some are speculative poems that read more like fiction, some are lighthearted, some rhyme, and others are modern/contemporary prose poems. This book allows space for readers to express the pain that most of us keep inside, and it provides solace for those who are unheard in their trauma, mental health, and emotional PTSD experiences.
