Kaisha McCrea is an ICF certified Career & Leadership Coach and CEO & Founder of Growing Perspectives Career Consulting. She has always loved writing and journalism from her youth and is honored to share stories with the world through writing. She is married to Dexter McCrea and is mother of two sons, Nathan and Christian and resides in Midlothian, Virginia. She enjoys public speaking to empower others for career and leadership growth. She is a recognized leader in her community and recognized as a Top 15 Coach in Richmond, Virginia for 2023 by Influence Digest + and was recognized as the 2022 Member of the Year by Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce in Virginia. She previously worked in Corporate America for over 20 years in various roles starting as an Engineer after college.
