In 1997, Salvadore Poe had a life changing moment of surrender in which he went from being a fully engaged musician to being thrust onto the path of spiritual seeking, with no looking back. Soon he began attending long meditation retreats, meeting and spending time with many teachers, including U.G. Krishnamurti, Toni Packer and Douglas Harding, and finally living in India, first with a sage from Puttur named Ajja, and then with a yogi sage named Sivasakthiammaiyar in Tiruvannamalai. Over the course of seven years of seeking, Salvadore had countless transcendental, mystical and other world-shattering experiences, which completely turned his view of who he was upside down. But, all these experiences came and went, and he was left feeling incomplete. In 2004, he was planning to move to a secluded place to live in meditation when someone passing through Tiru told him about a teacher named Dolano. He went to meet her and she quickly helped reveal to him his true, essential nature. His seeking days finished, he began again writing and recording music. Eight years later, in 2012, someone he met suggested that he should share with others, and so he began meeting and working with people. He currently lives in Tiru, meets people online and holds live intensives.
