I was born in Innsbruck in 1968. I grew up in my grandparents' hotel and spent a wonderful and sheltered childhood there.Like most hoteliers' children, I discovered my passion for gastronomy at an early age and helped out in almost all areas of the hotel at a young age. At the age of 10, I was already standing behind the "counter", preparing drinks and ice cream, washing glasses and polishing cutlery, helping in the kitchen and reception, changing bed and table linen, serving.We were the second post-war generation and were prepared to sacrifice a lot to achieve our goals.Shortly after graduating from high school in 1989, I opened our first small cafe/bar with my father, which quickly became an insider tip in the city, was always well frequented and was followed by another 4 successful restaurants, department store catering, event catering, catering, etc.After the coronavirus pandemic and health problems in 2021, I rethought my life, sold the restaurants to have more time for my children and family and completed my training to become a certified specialist trainer, property manager and estate agent.There used to be sayings like "never change a winning team" or "if it works, it works".
