BackgroundAs well as being a professional astrologer and writer, he has worked in archaeology, and lectured in adult education. He was born on the south coast of Ireland and raised in the UK. Raised as a Catholic, by his late teens he had become an atheist and existentialist in his beliefs. In his twenties, following a path into philosophy and psychology he came across the works of Carl Jung. At the time he also experienced a number of paranormal events, seeing ghosts and UFOs. These experiences brought him to question his existential worldview. He then began his lifelong adventure into spirituality, He has a degree in transpersonal psychology and diplomas in astrology (with schools in the UK).
