For the past fifty years, I have coached children in track & field. Throughout this period, my family and I have faced certain life-changing events that necessitated a pause, yet never a full stop. I share these because I believe it's vital to acknowledge the strength granted by the God I worship, which enabled me to persist with the program during challenging times. I wish to honor and glorify Him, recognizing that the enduring success of this organization is sanctioned by Him. We incorporate Him in everything, aware that "only what you do for Christ will last."Fifty years, a period spanning three generations, God has granted me the privilege of training and nurturing athletes in track & field and cross-country. He bestowed upon me wisdom to recognize that it's time to hand over the baton, as the next generation is not prepared for my methods, and I am unable to adapt to theirs. While I still possess the gift and the passion, the energy required to dedicate the necessary time to excel is beyond my capacity.
