Kyūsho, em Kanji: 急所; ao pé da letra significa "Pontos Chaves". É um conjunto de manipulação dos pontos de pressão (áreas sensíveis ou pontos vitais) do corpo humano, compartilhadas de vários estilos de artes marciais japonesas e chinesas, com o objetivo de neutralizar um ataque, desestabilizando o adversário ou buscando a perda de movimentos de alguma parte do corpo.

Teve origem na medicina tradicional chinesa, com o surgimento da acupuntura e baseado na anatomia humana. Embora que os "Pontos de Pressão" não existam como são mostrados nos filmes, há muitas partes sensíveis no corpo que podem ser usadas para sua vantagem em um combate.
