Dave Hughes has written five gay fiction novels in the series, "Gay Tales for the New Millennium:" Maybe Next Year; Instant Adult; Open Books, Closed Sets; If I Seem Quiet...; and Karma Train from Kansas. These books follow the main character, Ryan, as he finishes high school, goes to college, launches his career, forms relationships, and comes to terms with his past.
