Wells Carroll is, of course, a pen name for a group of science fiction writers, retired military officers, and sci-fi geeks. Here at Stellar Nursery Media, we have a strong interest in space development and technology. "Marauding Stars" is an eight-book science fiction series about Real Space. We call it Real Space to show that our current space programs are just playing in the kiddie pool... Real Space is what's past the Earth-Moon orbit. The different books focus on what -- as a worldwide society -- terrifies us. Climate change, AI singularity, societal injustice, economic crashes and many, many more. While the overall story is fiction, the politics, science and technology in the books is real. As Wells Carroll, we simply took that tech and used it in our books. What is truly sad about the space tech we've researched... is that it's real, currently available, and not being utilized. Guess we could say the same about space exploration in general.We can honestly say that Wells Carroll is a strong advocate for manned space exploration and development. It's been over fifty wasted years since we had a human on the moon. Current space agency plans are trying to make up for half a century of lost time.
