TRAIN REAL!I’ve been fighting since the day I was born. I come from Viking descent so I’ve always had this inner feeling to be a protector at all costs.

No one ever gets hurt on my watch. This is my expression and opinion on how to handle yourself and/or prepare yourself for a street fight against one or multiple people.

I love all systems of martial arts but I feel most are lacking in reality training. Let me start by saying there is no perfect road map.

My opinion is based on personal experience, continuous study, and understanding how the predators think, act, and prey. I do not think by any means that I am the toughest person out there.

I feel I am a white belt 24/7 always willing to learn. I’ve changed my way of fighting 100 times over.

Remember this one thing there is always someone tougher out there. The most under estimated thing out there is a man’s heart.

What is the length of pain he is willing to endure before he reaches his quitting point. This also goes for you.

How much pain can you take before you give in? The answer is when your six feet under you’ll stop. I will always go home at night.

The old saying is I’d rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. .
