Hi there everyone! Recently retired, I’ve got the time, opportunity and vigor to start writing again, after having recent successes when I was younger and having a few short stories published. Everyone will, by virtue of the statistics, either suffer from or know someone who suffers from bipolar disorder or depression. My book is written from the sufferers perspective, but it is also intended for the support person, the friend or most often the family member who is at a loss to understand what it is they can do to make it better.
