Rohit offers over three decades of experience, working in MNCs, providing strategic guidance & operations leadership for offshoring of shared services and has collaborated extensively with global internal and external customers. He is a builder, passionate about building large offshore operations from scratch that deliver value beyond the cost arbitrage. He finds it rewarding to improve the efficiency and productivity of operations. He nurtures and likes working in an environment that is inclusive, empowered and encourages continuous learning. He engages with people to support them explore their full potential. Rohit is an ICF certified Life Coach, Executive Coach, and a Career Transition Coach. In his long career journey building various functions, he has coached and mentored several management level professionals, and understands the hurdles people face with their careers and satisfaction with their life. He has recently authored a book "How to get into your Goldilocks Zone" in which he has described 5 steps to make the best of life on this planet. He enjoys drawing, painting, photography, traveling, reading, listening to music, learning about new gadgets. Author of the book "How to get into your Goldilocks Zone": The Covid and work from home phase possibly created the right conditions for Rohit Chowdhry to write the book. He stumbled on this path of self-discovery after a couple of decades of work experience, and has written this book to help others go through this process earlier in their lives. He believes that the earlier one starts on this journey knowing what they would like it to be, the more fulfilling that journey will be. He is highly convinced that life becomes more focused, motivating and meaningful for those who have identified their purpose.
