Rachel Miller, FCIPR, FIIC, PG (Dip), Chart.PR, is an internationally recognised authority on internal communication and is based in London, UK. She's a Chartered PR professional and Fellow of both the Institute of Internal Communication and Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She's a member of the Company of Communicators, Institute of Directors and International Association of Business Communicators. Rachel has worked in communications since starting her career as a journalist in 1999. She spent a decade in-house, before establishing her consulting business, All Things IC, in 2013. Her thoughts have been featured in a number of best-selling PR and Comms books. She regularly shares her knowledge through her popular blog, which has 1800+ articles and was established in 2009. Rachel holds a post-graduate diploma in internal communication management from Kingston University and is the host of the popular Candid Comms podcast.
