Scott Maderer loves to help people really live out their calling by helping them master their time, talent, and treasures so they can really find and focus on their calling.Scott was a school teacher for sixteen years, teaching science from grades 6 to 12 in Texas. Later, according to his students, he joined the dark side and began working in the educational testing industry for eleven years including serving in senior leadership.In 2011, Scott and his wife, Carrie, started a coaching business on the side while discovering how to help others master their calling. Their coaching helps clients align the way they use their time, talent, and treasures so they can identify and live a fully authentic life that allows them to authentically live their calling, serve others, and provide for their families.As certified Human Behavior Senior Consultants and members of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Scott and Carrie focus on helping people understand themselves, understand others, and, through that understanding, build the Kingdom. In 2017, they took the business full-time, offering assistance through one-on-one coaching, speaking, and workshops. Scott has personally worked with clients in fifteen countries and loves his thirty-second commute to work while managing to help clients all over the world.Scott and Carrie live in the Hill Country outside of San Antonio, Texas, forty-five minutes from the closest Walmart, Starbucks, or McDonald’s. But they love it out there. They’ve successfully raised a great young man who has graduated and doesn’t live in their basement.
