Sile’s interest and commitment to trauma-informed and inclusive practices originate from her wider experiences of working across society, including with people experiencing mental health challenges, in recovery from addiction, incarcerated, LGBTQ+ community, people with experience in the Irish/UK care system, Irish travellers, early school leavers, neurodiversity, disabilities and others facing systemic barriers, as well as those with experiences of wealth and privilege. Sile is a registered member of the Association of Coaching and an accredited individual and group supervisor with the Association of Coaching. A full member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors. Committee member for the Coaching Psychology Special Interest Group with the Psychological Society of Ireland.
