Uta Burke compares herself to an “Edith Bunker with a job and internet access.” She writes to escape reality and to nail down the daydreams which infuse her physical existence since early teenagehood. The plot bunnies thus conjured keep nibbling until she pays attention and captures what they have to say.She has been daydreaming up boy emotion stories since early childhood. The stories center on vulnerable tough (and cute!) guys and bring the hardiest characters to their knees, always with a friend or two around for support. In 2010, she decided to write her favorite scenarios down and ever since, publishes several books a year.The year 2019 has been dedicated to writing her 4-book Young Adult series, "You Only Live Once-Do You?", only to find out that you don't. With every passing day, Uta Burke awakened more. This Awakening found itself into the life of her main character, Max Rushfield, and his mother Cordana.
